Anyone that knows me knows that I am an animal lover. I have touched a wild moose, held baby black and grizzly bears, I have even been within arm length of a 6 day old deer. I could go on and on. . .

Baby Animal Days

Notice the 6 day old baby fawn. . .

I get so excited when the warmer weather comes around. Spring means baby animals can be seen everywhere and summer means multiple trips to Yellowstone. Kevin, my husband, is also an animal lover. Together we have tried to teach our three small children to love animals. We have taught them to treat animals with kindness along with how to be cautious around dangerous animals.Baby Animal Days

This weekend, our family and my in-laws were able to go visit Yellowstone Bear World in Rexburg, Idaho. While there, we were able to see many wild animals right outside our car window along with hand-feeding deers, goats, chickens, and peacocks. What could be better than interacting with small animals? So you better believe that I will be attending the Baby Animal Days this weekend, on May 8th and 9th. Two weekends in a row of animal encounters. Our family could not be more ecstatic!Baby Animal Days

Baby Animal Days will be held right here in my hometown of Kaysville, Utah. I just LOVE baby animals and can’t get enough of interacting with them!!! Mark your calendars so that I can see you there. For more information check out BabyAnimalDays.org.

Baby Animal Days

USU extension is providing me with a family pass to giveaway to one of my readers. I am so excited for the baby animal days this year, we attended last year and had a wonderful time (even though it was a down pour). This year it is taking place on May 8th and 9th. My family will be there and would love if we could see you there.Baby Animal Days

We will be able to meet baby ducklings, chicks, bunnies, goats, kids, lambs, piglets, calves, baby llamas and miniature horses. There will be all kinds of activities for kids like climbing walls, horse rides, train rides and bounce houses.   Baby Animal Days

We will be there again this year! My 5 and 3 year olds actually woke up this morning asking, “how much longer until we can see those baby animals?” He was excited to hear that we are less than a week away! Come join us. . . We have such a love of animals in our family and can’t wait to see all the babies.
